RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Vista Auto Care provides a safe working environment for our customers. To maintain this, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate bay rental immediately.
Why may this occur?
In the event your service is terminated, you will be required to leave the shop immediately regardless of where you are in the repair. If your vehicle cannot operate at that time, the manager on staff will discuss a solution and you will be responsible for all charges incurred.
Vista Auto Care hopes such action is never required but will employ this policy to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all our patrons.
Why may this occur?
- Not following facility rules and regulations
- Initiating verbal or physical conflict with other customers or staff
- Incapacitated or incapable of safely completing the repair for whatever reason
